Remove the large note warning that Listary is free for non commercial use only - we all know giveaways are for non commercial use. Don't need reminding every time I open the GUI

have a simple interface it doesn't even care for one even the icon looks odd on the desktop

Add a 'You have been using this program ' clock in the corner which will help the user calculate time spent on the task for ie. billing clients, as in book keeping.
